FREE SHIPPING ON ALL USA ORDERS!

We strive to process and ship all in-stock orders on the same business day if they are received before 1 PM EST. Orders received after 1 PM EST will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed on Sundays or holidays.

All USA orders shipped Free are processed with our Standard Shipping service and may be shipped via Priority Mail, First Class Mail or UPS Ground.

Expeditied shipping options for USA orders are available and calculated automatically at checkout.

Yes.  We currently ship to Canada via DHL Express. For your convenience, shipping costs for international orders are automatically calculated at checkout.

Returns and Refunds

To initiate a return, simply contact us via email at support@fidogenx.com with your request.

US Orders: Return shipping is FREE. We will issue you a Prepaid Return Shipping Label via email after we receive your request. Follow the instructions included with the shipping label and ship the package back to us.

International Orders: International customers are responsible for all return shipping fees and original shipping fees are non-refundable. All taxes, tariffs and customs duties are also non-refundable.

We process refunds within 3 business days after having received the return shipment. All refunds are credited back to your original payment method and we will send an email confirmation once we have processed the refund.

Note: For payments made via Credit Card, refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on paper statements.
