We want you (and your dog!) to be happy with every purchase from Fidogenx.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it, at our expense, for a full refund.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in their original containers with the original product labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS (US ORDERS)

To return an item, please follow the steps below:

1) Email customer service at support@fidogenx.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a Prepaid Return Shipping Label (PRSL).

2) Securely package the item(s) you are returning into a shipping box - the original if you still have it.

3) Place the PRSL on the outside of the box and ensure it is firmly attached.

4) Ship the package with the carrier (USPS, UPS) listed on the PRSL. For USPS, drop it off at your local US Post Office. For UPS, you may drop the package off at a UPS Store.

    REFUNDS

    After receiving your return shipment we will process your refund. Please allow at least five (5) days from our receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed. 

    EXCEPTIONS

    For defective or damaged products, please contact us at support@fidogenx.com to arrange for an exchange.

    INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

    International orders are not eligible for free returns or Prepaid Return Shipping Labels (PRSLs). International customers are responsible for all return shipping fees and original shipping fees are non-refundable. All taxes, tariffs and customs duties are also non-refundable.
